The holiday apartment at Antibes has been recently redecorated and is furnished to a high standard. At one end of the spacious sitting room is an elegant dining table where you can comfortably entertain six people for lunch or dinner. At the other end is a very large corner sofa, with coffee tables, colour TV and DVD player. There is a selection of English language DVD films in the flat but you can also hire these in the town. There is both telephone and broadband WiFi internet connection at the apartment. Instructions for connecting up a laptop to the latter are to hand.

The apartment has a large and comfortable sitting room, with marble floor and floor-to-ceiling French windows opening onto a spacious balcony (22 square metres), which looks across the Baie des Anges to Nice, and to the Alpes Maritimes and the Mediterranean beyond as far as Cap Ferrat – a fabulous panorama. Because of its south-eastern aspect, the balcony catches the sun until early afternoon, making it a delightful place for a leisurely petit dejeuner at the terrace table (with four chairs). There are also reclining chairs and an electrically-operated awning for when it is hot.

There is a large selection of books at the apartment and also games, magazines, maps and guides for your entertainment and information and for the comparatively rare occasions when the weather is inclement (but the Riviera has its own famous micro-climate which normally delivers several hours of warm sunshine every day, even in Winter)

The apartment block is surrounded by attractive gardens, with well tended lawns, flower beds, palms and other fine specimen trees, and with all-year-round colour from bougainvillaea and many other beautiful and sweet-scented flowers of the South.
